How long does it take to receive an order?
Due to the custom nature of this business, all orders are made-to-order (including our standard sizing devices), and for this reason it can take up to a week for us to design, make, check for quality control, finish and prepare each order for dispatch. Smaller orders (e.g. parts of a device, keys or Pandora's) may be dispatched sooner but please still allow us a week. Everything is dispatched through the Royal Mail 1st class signed for, or if you are international, through our standard international tracked. UK customers can expect delivery within 1-3 days of dispatch, whereas international customers can take typically 5-7 working days for US and EU destinations, and longer for further abroad. 

The checkout doesn't work for me / I do not have a Paypal Account, what should I do?
You do not need a Paypal account to use our checkout. When the checkout asks you for your email address, please enter it, and you will be able to continue to checkout as a guest without registering for an account. If you have any issues with payment, please email us at [email protected], and we will be happy to help where we can. We are currently looking for other payment provider options.

How much is shipping?

Within the UK, on orders over £40, shipping is free, for any orders under £40, we charge £5 for 1st class signed.


For international customers, we charge a £10 flat fee for tracked international shipping regardless of minimum order or where you are in the world.

Is your product material safe?
Our products are made with bioplastic material that has been certified from our supplier as compliant with Regulation (EU) No. 10/2011, which is safe for food contact and toys.

Should I order a thicker ring or a thinner ring?
This is down to personal preference, those ordering longer cages may benefit from a thicker ring as it may increase the stability, but it is not necessary due to how strong and lightweight our devices are. The one exception to this, is if you are ordering a ring over 60mm, a thicker ring is highly recommended. Whilst some customers have said they prefer a thicker ring for comfort, our thinner ring would help those customers that are more "high and tight". Please refer to our fitting guide

How durable is your material?
In wearing and use, our devices are as durable as any other plastic, but we use a bio-plastic which is environmentally friendly. 

How do I keep my device clean?
Wash our devices at normal bathing or showering temperatures and do not boil. Take off frequently and wash with antibacterial soap, leave to cool air or towel dry before wearing again. 

Do you use discrete packaging?
Yes, we currently ship all orders in a plain white cardboard box, with no information on the box to identify the contents. For international customers we have to fill out a customs declaration form, and on this we describe the contents as "plastic crafts".  

Are your devices made from a flexible or hard plastic?
Our devices are made of a smooth hard plastic. Plastic will soften as temperature increases. 

Will I have to pay customs fees when ordering from you?
Customers outside the UK are liable to pay package handling and customs fees depending on the rules of the country of import. Whilst many orders have gone through customs without extra fees, there is a chance this will happen to your parcel and you should take this into account when considering placing an order with us. 

We are generally unable to offer refunds if the order is returned due to unpaid fees due to the custom nature and made-to-order nature of our business.
